Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase returns are available on non-customized products. All products that are customized will need to be seen through pictures with a description of the issue if the problem falls on us a full refund will be awarded. If a return is needed please email: haileyscorner22@gmail.com with a description, your information, and the information from the order/product.

If the item is last chance it may not be returned for a full refund. If there is abuse to the product it may not be refunded.

If the return is being shipped back payment will not be returned until shipping is processed and confirmed.
